Republik Kristen adalah bentuk pemerintahan yang bersifat Kristen sekaligus bersifat republik. Jean-Jacques Rousseau dan John Locke menganggap gagasan tersebut tak memungkinkan dan saling berseberangan, tetapi untuk alasan-alasan yang berbeda. Pada abad ke-21, negara-negara di dunia dengan bentuk pemerintahan republik sekaligus Kristen sebagai agama negara adalah Argentina, Kosta Rika, Finlandia, Yunani, Hungaria, Islandia dan Malta.
