Hormon perangsang tiroid atau tirotropin (bahasa Inggris: thyroid-stimulating hormone, disingkat TSH) adalah hormon yang dihasilkan oleh kelenjar hipofisis bagian anterior dan berfungsi untuk memelihara pertumbuhan dan perkembangan kelenjar tiroid dan merupakan stimulator bagi sekresi hormon T4 dan T3 yang dihasilkan oleh kelenjar tersebut.[1] Hormon tirotropin adalah glikoproten dan memiliki dua subunit, yaitu subunit α (alpha) dan β (beta).
