Herman Li (Hanzi: 李康敏; lahir 3 Oktober 1976) adalah musisi dan produser rekaman kelahiran Hong Kong dan berkebangsaan Inggris. Namanya dikenal sebagai salah satu dari lead gitaris grup band power metal DragonForce.

Herman Li lahir 3 Oktober 1976 in Hong Kong, dan pindah ke Inggris sejak usia belasan tahun.[1] Dia juga pernah tinggal di Wellington, New Zealand. Herman Li menggunakan gitar Ibanez E-Gen[2][2][2][2][2]
