Sanpasaurus ("kadal Sanpa") adalah dinosaurus sauropoda yang kurang dikenal dari zaman Jura Awal di Sichuan, Tiongkok. Spesies tipe, S. yaoi, dideskripsikan oleh Chung Chien Young pada tahun 1944. Sisa-sisa tipe, IVPP V.156, terdiri dari 20 vertebra, skapula, anggota gerak depan, dan beberapa tulang anggota gerak belakang.[1]
Awalnya dilaporkan oleh Young sebagai ornithischia ornithopoda,[1] spesimen ini secara jelas dirujuk ke Sauropoda[2][3] pada tahun 2016 oleh McPhee et al.,[4] yang kemudian disempurnakan menjadi posisi gravisauria basal oleh Pol et al. pada tahun 2020 dan 2022, yang berkerabat dekat dengan Vulcanodon dan Tazoudasaurus.[5][6] Sanpasaurus diketahui dari sisa-sisa yang ditemukan di Anggota Maanshan dari Formasi Ziliujing.
