Sergey Gennadiyevich Nechayev (atau Nyechayev; bahasa Rusia: Серге́й Генна́диевич Неча́ев) (2 Oktober 1847 – 21 November atau 3 Desember 1882) adalah seorang revolusioner Rusia yang berkaitan dengan dengan gerakan Nihilis.[1][2] Ia adalah penulis karya radikal Katekisme Revolusioner.
Ia kabur ke Rusia pada 1869 setelah terlibat dalam pembunuhan bekas rekannya. Hubungannya dengan para revolusioner sejawatnya menyebabkan ia dikeluarkan dari "First International". Ditangkap di Swiss pada 1872, ia dikirim lagi ke Rusia, menjalani hukuman 20 tahun penjara dan meninggal di tahanan.
Karakter Verkhovensky dalam novel anti-nihilistik Dostoyevsky, Iblis-Iblis, berdasarkan pada Nechayev.
