Philip David Ochs (/ˈoʊks/; 19 Desember 1940 – 9 April 1976) adalah seorang penulis lagu dan penyanyi protes Amerika (atau, sesuai keinginannya, penyanyi topikal). Ochs dikenal karena kecerdasannya yang tajam, humornya yang sinis, aktivisme politik, liriknya yang sering kali aliteratif, dan suaranya yang khas. Dia menulis ratusan lagu dari tahun 1960an hingga awal 1970an dan merilis delapan album.
