Pendinginan laser merujuk pada sejumlah teknik pendinginan sampel atom dan molekul yang dicapai melalui interaksi satu ataupun lebih medan cahaya laser. Salah satu contoh awal pendinginan laser yang masih umum digunakan adalah pendinginan Doppler.
