Harmony Corruption adalah sebuah album oleh Napalm Death yang diterbitkan pada 1990 oleh Earache Records. Gaya album ini lebih mendekati death metal daripada grindcore, inilah yang membuat Mick Harris hengkang dari Napalm Death di karenakan sudah tidak sejalan dengan konsep awal terbentuknya band yaitu grindcore, tetapi ini hanyalah perubahan sementara. Lagu-lagu dari EP Mentally Murdered ditambahkan di akhir CD ini.
