Kabupaten Poskam[5][6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13] (Posgam,[14] bahasa Uighur: پوسكام ناھىيىسى‎), juga Kabupaten Zepu (Hanzi: 泽普) adalah sebuah kabupaten di Prefektur Kashgar, Wilayah Otonomi Uighur Xinjiang, Tiongkok. Kabupaten tersebut terletak di tepi selatan Sungai Yarkand, juga dikenal seabagi Sungai Zarafshān (泽勒普善河).[1] Kabupaten Poskam berbatasan di bagian utara dan barat dengan Sungai Yarkand melalui Kabupaten Yarkant (Shache) dan di selatan dan timur oleh Kabupaten Kargilik (Yecheng).[15]
