Kepekaan kapital (bahasa Inggris: case sensitivity) adalah perlakuan komputer terhadap kapitalisasi huruf, yaitu apakah kapital besar dan kapital kecil dianggap berbeda (peka kapital; case sensitive) atau sama (takpeka kapital; case insensitive). Kepekaan kapital antara lain diterapkan pada bahasa pemrograman,[1] pencarian teks,[2] dan sistem berkas.[3]
