Alir kerja (bahasa Inggris: workflow) adalah otomatisasi proses niaga yang meliputi perpindahan dokumen melalui suatu prosedur kerja. Proses otomatisasi ini dilakukan oleh aplikasi Workflow Management System yang merupakan suatu tata olah komputer yang berfungsi untuk menyimpan dokumen serta mengagihkan data. Alir kerja ini bermanfaat antara lain untuk memastikan proses niaga dilakukan sesuai prosedur.
