打製石器在考古学中指表面部分或全部经由人工敲打而成的石器，是古代人類（能人、直立人和智人）於舊石器時代主要使用的一种工具，作為該時代的分界線。打製石器於磨製石器前出現，在後者落後一些，後者於新石器時代出現。
