Madhouse (Jepang: マッドハウスcode: ja is deprecated , Hepburn: Maddohausu) adalah studio animasi Jepang yang berpusat di Honchō, Tokyo dan didirikan pada bulan Oktober 1972. Studio ini didirikan oleh mantan animator Mushi Production seperti Masao Maruyama, Osamu Dezaki, dan Yoshiaki Kawajiri. Karya pertama Madhouse adalah serial animasi Ace o Nerae! (1973).

Madhouse pernah memproduksi animasi video orisinal pada akhir 1980-an dan awal 1990-an, tetapi lebih dikenal lewat serial animasi televisi dan film animasi layar lebarnya. Film layar lebar produksi Madhouse diantaranya Metropolis dan film-film karya Satoshi Kon: Perfect Blue, Millennium Actress, Tokyo Godfathers, dan Paprika.
