Ulster (bahasa Irlandia: Ulaidhcode: ga is deprecated atau Cúige Uladh, Skots Ulster: Ulstèr^[5]^[6]^[7] atau Ulster)^[8]^[9]^[10] adalah satu dari empat provinsi Irlandia, yang terletak di utara pulau.

Ulster terdiri dari sembilan county. Enam di antaranya (hampir 57% Ulster) membentuk Irlandia Utara: Antrim, Armagh, Down, Fermanagh, Londonderry, dan Tyrone. Tiga county (kira-kira 43% Ulster) berada dalam Republik Irlandia: Cavan, Donegal, dan Monaghan.
