Seconds adalah sebuah film drama fiksi ilmiah Amerika 1966 yang disutradarai oleh John Frankenheimer dan dibintangi oleh Rock Hudson. Skenarionya diurus oleh Lewis John Carlino berdasarkan pada Seconds, a novel karya David Ely.[3] Film tersebut masuk Festival Film Cannes 1966 dan dirilis oleh Paramount Pictures.[4] Sinematografinya yang diurus oleh James Wong Howe dinominasikan untuk sebuah Academy Award.

Pada tahun 2015, film tersebut terpilih untuk penyajian dalam Pendaftaran Film Nasional Amerika Serikat oleh Perpustakaan Kongres karena "signifikan secara budaya, sejarah, atau aestetik".[5]
